Las Vegas has much more to offer than just Casinos and cheap buffets.  I relocated to Las Vegas back in 1985 (from Los Angeles) when our population was barely 500,000. Las Vegas is now a "real" city with over 2 Million residents.

I've witnessed explosive growth and grew with those neighborhoods. I've also witnessed our current downturn, or as I like to think of it... our "renaissance" which once again is making housing affordable for many first time buyers.

I've worked with many relocating Buyers moving to our area from other cities and other countries.

I've aided many families facing devastating challenges to overcome their lenders stonewalling so that they can move on to the next chapter in their life. I've worked with High End mansions and 1 Bedroom condos. I've taken all the classes to earn my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) as well as the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative.) But, I've found education is no substitute for real world experience and more importantly, job performance. 

When I'm not working in Real Estate, I spend time with my sons, dogs and birds. I devote much time to working with kids and donate my time and efforts to charitible causes. Sundays are devoted to church (and Football). I often spend time on Sundays cheering and crying with my "cousins" of Raider Nation. I love to bowl and still haven't realized that I'm probably too old to get on a trampoline. (Don't tell my insurance carrier!) You can often spot me at Comedy & Music concerts or taking in a show on the Strip.

My Grandfather was taken from me at an early age, but he taught me "a man is only as good as his word." A firm handshake and commitment means that you'd better follow through on a promise. You should EXPECT me to go above and beyond.

Picking an agent is like picking a doctor. You have to look for the one that you feel most comfortable with. The one that will actually answer his phone and emails. The one that will LISTEN to you and try to fulfill your needs. I'd love be that agent. I encourage you to shop around. PLEASE talk to other agents.
